Terms and risk notice
Short, plain-language terms for using Auralis. Please read them before you hold, trade or create tokens, or pay any fee.

1. What Auralis is
Auralis is a blockchain with its own wallet, block explorer, token creation, liquidity pools and developer API. It is operated by the Auralis team ("we", "us"). By using the website, wallets, pools, token service or API you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Auralis can have bugs, outages, slow periods and changes. We do not promise that any part of Auralis will always be available or free of errors.
2. Risks you accept
- You can lose all of your money. Tokens can drop to zero. Many tokens on any blockchain fail.
- Nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice. We do not tell you what to buy, hold or sell. Do your own research.
- Prices can swing sharply. Pool prices come from the pool's reserves. A pool with little liquidity can move a lot on one trade.
- Anyone can create a token. Tokens are made by third parties, not by us. A token existing on Auralis is not a recommendation.
- USDA and USDT are Auralis tokens. They are not issued by any bank or by Tether, they are not backed by dollars held for you, and they cannot be redeemed for real money.
- Transactions are final. Once a transaction is confirmed on the chain, it cannot be reversed by us or anyone else. Check every address and amount before you send.
- Concentrated supply. All 40,000,000 AUR were created in the genesis block and sent to one address. You can check where it is and how it moves in the explorer.
- Blockchain security. The blockchain is currently operated by the Auralis team and has a limited number of independent nodes. Attacks, bugs or server failures could affect balances, pools or availability.
3. Fees and payments
- Token creation (100 USDA), token listing and verification (500 USDA) and Developer API plans are paid in USDA, on the blockchain.
- These payments are not refundable, including if a token is not approved for verification, if you change your mind, or if you made a mistake such as sending to the wrong place.
- Every transaction also pays a network fee to the miner. Pool swaps pay 0.30% of the amount, which stays in the pool.
- We may change fees and plans. A change does not affect a period you have already paid for.
4. Liquidity pools
- Pools use the
x * y = krule. When prices move, people who provide liquidity can end up with less value than if they had just held the assets. - Locked pools stay locked forever. The only way out is an appeal that we approve. We are not required to approve it.
- The assets in the pools are held in a pool wallet run by the Auralis node. They are not held by a smart contract. If our server, the pool wallet or the node fails or is attacked, pool funds could be lost or delayed.
- An unlocked pool shows no price and trading is closed. A swap that would give you less than the minimum you asked for is refunded to you, minus network fees.
5. Wallets and keys
- The wallets (browser extension, mobile wallet) keep your keys on your own device. Write your recovery phrase on paper and never share it with anyone, including us.
- We cannot recover your wallet. If you lose your phrase, or you clear the app's data without having saved it, your coins are gone for good.
- You are responsible for your device and for any website or app you connect your wallet to. Only download the wallet from the official Auralis website.
6. Tokens and verification
- The green verified badge is given only to a token that has been reviewed and approved by the Auralis team for listing. Paying the verification fee does not guarantee the badge: if a token does not pass review, it does not receive the badge. The badge is not an endorsement, a safety guarantee or a promise about the token's value.
- If you create a token, you are responsible for it, including its name, logo, description, supply and any claims you make about it.
- Always check the contract address before you trade. Different tokens can have the same name or symbol.
- We may refuse a listing and may remove a verified badge at any time, for example for impersonation, misleading claims or illegal activity.
7. Developer API
- Each plan has usage limits per minute and per day. We may slow down, limit or revoke keys that go over their limits or abuse the service.
- The API is provided as is. Data can be delayed or wrong. Do not rely on it alone for anything where a mistake would be costly.
- Keep your API key secret. You are responsible for what is done with it.
8. Rules of use
- Do not use Auralis for scams, fraud, impersonating other projects or people, money laundering or any illegal activity.
- Do not attack, overload or try to break the blockchain, the website, the wallets, the pools or the API.
- You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including taxes on anything you earn or trade.
9. Our responsibility
Auralis is provided "as is", without promises about availability, accuracy or fitness for any purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using Auralis, including lost funds, lost profits, outages, bugs, attacks, price changes or mistakes made by you or other users.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. If you keep using Auralis after a change, you accept the new version.
